Emily takes an art class a couple of times a month from a friend a college friend of Amanda's who is majoring in art and wants to become an art teacher. Here is their latest project which required gluing a hard back book. NOT ANY OF MINE! We went to the 2nd hand store where Emily purchased a book (LOL). She didn't even ask me if I had a book she could "ruin." She knew I wouldn't allow that on any of my books!
First she glued the pages together:
Then she cut circles in the pages some narrow and some as deep a 1/2 the book.
She decided to use beverage umbrellas to decorate the inside of her book.
